## What is IntentSea Search?
A product search and filtering app for Shopify stores: autocomplete, filters, synonyms, merchandising rules, search analytics and optional AI features.

## How do I turn on storefront search?
Enable the **IntentSea Search & Filters** app embed in the Shopify theme editor and save. Search suggestions and the results page are then served through the theme integration. No code edits are needed.

## Which themes are supported?
Online Store 2.0 themes. Optional app blocks: Search Bar, Search Results, Collection Filters, Popular Searches and Breadcrumbs.

## Which languages are supported?
The admin and storefront widget are available in English and Vietnamese. The app can index translated product titles and descriptions so shoppers search in the storefront language. Matching ignores accents, which helps Vietnamese searches typed without diacritics.

## How long until results appear?
The catalogue sync starts from the setup checklist in the app. Search works as soon as the first batch is indexed. Check that products are active and published and that the app embed is enabled.

## What data does IntentSea process?
Products are indexed for search; the app does not modify products, orders or customers. An analytics pixel reports add-to-cart and completed-purchase events after a search. It does not collect shoppers' personal data, uses an anonymous session identifier only with analytics consent, and keeps event data for 180 days. ## What do the plans include?
Free ($0; 100 products, 2,000 searches a month), Starter ($9.90), Growth ($19.90), Pro ($49.90) and Scale ($99.90). Paid plans include a 14-day free trial. Details in [pricing](https://intentsea.com/guides/pricing).

## Is AI search on by default?

## Can I import settings from my previous search app?
